Any close-up pics of the flyback condition?

That's what I plan to do. I also have a bootleg audio hack that works and a donor A PCB with a bad custom. I'm going to move everything over in the audio section and remove the janky audio. I plan to make a vid of this (when I get to it, I have a ton of vids and repairs in queue). Del

Have you tried populating the missing caps?

The top of the Yoke should match where the anode cap is.

Was taking off my flyback in order to clean the infamous Black Goo that was everywhere. In doing so, the brittle plastic support snapped off. I'm inclined to think I should just leave it off and just put some epoxy there to prevent cracking, etc since these fly backs are obsolete. Any...
