I don't think that exists no. I do wish it was possible to build new .dat files for use with the multi.

Does this means that in the future, making new dongles will be as simple as grabbing any retail memory cards and writing a dongle image onto it?

Now how did you change the music exactly on the multi version? I have a version i made with mostly songs from other Sega racers and if i can just swap the gangsta version with my version, it would be neat.

Interesting. So games can crash if the monitor doesn't responds with the EDID request quickly enough. I'm guessing its that way so that if a game is left running but the monitor fails, it doesn't put unneeded strain on the GPU if the game can't be played

Oh shoot! Yeah you gotta use VGA, if the game and monitor supports it then its gonna run the HD version instead of VGA. But once the game's up and running you can absolutely use a DVI to HDMI cable to capture gameplay

Maybe bad RAM? GPU not getting initialized properly? I know the Lindbergh i worked on from a Rambo refused to boot anything, telling me the JVS board was bad all the time. But swapping the Lindbergh completely fixed the issue once the owner went multi on it. But i would wager bad RAM honestly...

Ringbergh? Wait Sega used RingEdge hardware with a special OS to allow the RingEdge to run Lindbergh games? If so that's definitely something that needs to be preserved.

If the battery wasn't working at all, leaving the cabinet off for a few hours would be enough to wipe the RAM content clean so that when you boot it back up, it has to reload the entire game. Hopefully fingers crossed, changing the RAM out will clear out the glitchiness you're experiencing
