I've made several orders and received them, awesome products but I feel your frustrations. The wait time is long but the communication could be better. What @djsheep said, they have been through some tough times. I hope everything turns out well.

Expect waiting at least 6 months or even more. My orders have taken around 6 months. But now we're dealing with shortage of parts etc.

I received and tested a Jamma extractor v2.5 and I gotta say I'm very happy with it! Versus between 2 cabs worked without a problem. I have not tested image capture yet.
