The issue the OP described looks very similar to the one in that video (it's in French) :

In the video the problem comes from the original yoke of the MS8 which is not fully compatible with the MS9 chassis (the yoke swap fixed the issue at the end of the video).

I double checked the system18 cap list against 3 boards I have (Alien Storm, Moonwalker and Shadow Dancer) as I plan to capkit them and found some things that do not match the list in the google sheet:

I blew my amp because the cab's speakers were still wired to the main 18 pins AMP UP connector (through the 4 pin connector with the white loop) when I connected it to the NVS-4000 (green rect on my picture). Both the inline fuses on the stereo amp card were blown as well as the amp. Replacing...
I think I'll need to do a recap soon for my NVS-4000 too as I've experienced the same voltage drops.
Anyone would have a link to the cap list for the PSU part please ? (I already did the stereo amps)
