Sorry for my delay, it somehow ended up fixing itself. Maybe the settings got mixed up. When it was happening, the menus were in 480P, it was squashed so bad that a good chunk of the top part of the menu was gone.

Yeah, all games. They were working with their correct resolution before, now they aren't. The monitor is connected with the VGA through DVI adapter, as I've always done.
