Apologies, this was originally a Tekken 2 cabinet, but was probably converted by the arcade to Soul Caliber 2. Here's the info from the back. So this isn't an original SC2 control panel. I've updated the Subj: of the thread to reflect this.

All sticks and buttons were working when I removed it from the cabinet about 10 years ago. Has been stored inside, in a dry closet, since then. In relatively good shape, but the artwork appears a bit yellowed and the molding is bulging at the corners. Will accept first reasonable offer...

Hi All, I've got a Nanao MS8-26SU which very recently went blurry (screenshot below). (Manufacture date is 1994, originally in a Tekken 2 cabinet.) I've had this display in a multi-cab for about 12 years and I had re-capped it when I got it then, but I haven't encountered this type of issue...
