I found this separate post that covers it with Brook boards. I didn't realize that Windows just doesn't handle USB player assignment well. Thanks to everyone who contributed to that because I learned some things.
I tried the solution with using devcon to see the devices and then wrote the...
Been trying to solve this in various ways with no luck. Thanks for any help!
Setup:
- Vewlix Diamond Orange with original wiring removed
- TTX3 with Artax multi 4.1
- Two GP2040-CE boards with the latest firmware (also tried brook retro boards with similar results)
When I power on, most of the...
Forgot to respond but thanks for asking your question @corpsicle and providing the images of your mech! That's what I have inside mine. Ping me if you want any other images to compare something.
Nice, it makes me feel better that it's original even if it's not the Sega mech.
Thanks for the volume setting @nem. Calibration made it playable and solved the drag issue during gameplay, and the new wheel feels much better. But then I started noticing other issues the longer I played. So I went ahead and bought a few pots. I think I'll replace the one for the...

Got it back working again though, so thanks, all! However when driving it drags to the left, so I need adjust it to make it more playable. It's my first driving...
@nem thanks! Very helpful.
I was starting to assume that the shaft wasn't stock. I'll search for that and other pieces or maybe throw up a WTB some day, but for now I'll just buy a new Happ wheel to enjoy using it.
I purchased this standup cab and the steering wheel was chewed up so I wanted to replace it.
The manual says it's part DYN-1201 and I believe that's what I bought. However, it doesn't fit the mounting holes from the previous wheel.
I thought perhaps the mounting part wasn't original...
Great experience all around with 2 transactions. He even helped me remove the control panel off a cab to make it fit in my SUV when I thought it would fit (my bad). Also happily answered unrelated questions that I wanted his opinion on. Would definitely buy from him again. Thanks @Kidkaos!
