And I took it to a friend with experience. He tried to activate the monitor outside the machine with a cable he made. Is there anything special he needs to do in order to activate outside the machine? Or it’s as usual?

I did a full recap on a MS9-29 chassis (MS9-29ND22W) and now it won't power on:
No neck glow, no HV, no chirp on power-up
Mains cap gets around 150V, so AC input is fine
B+ hits ~109V briefly then...

he is a very nice guy and he gave me some assignments and thing I need to check and If something is damage he offered to fix it. the thing is I live in Israel so there is no shipping as of yet and even when there is it'll take at least 2 months and some costly price to just send it to him...

and I did talk to the support of mistercade and we are troubleshooting for 3 days and still did not find solution so that's why I try to ask here.
My mistercade came already setup but I did check the script is the same as in github
I didn't get to Oled screen by I run the mistercade core set up and button A is not replying

I checked for Continuity as the guy who sold the kit suggested but I did it while the mistercade is off and there was not any issue. I didn't try it while I press the button. I also tested my MV1C board and everything works but p1 with the mistercade just does not...
I bought A full mistercade V2 KIT WITH dual RAM. I plugged it to my EGRET 2 cab. I have 4 buttons wired to the JAMMA
the problem is that the mister does not recognize the first action button (button A). I know there is a dip switch with JAMMA on or off but none fix the Issue
