i have the same problem, listen here: 1) are you using side jvs power connector or jamma ? Checking this power connector its have only 5v, so i think its waiting for USB JVS input If you try to power on using jamma, so connect the 12v rail... its will not waiting for USB since you are using...

Done some test, and this is the result for all need to replace battery on Namco System 12: 1) All characters unlocked is writed on your 28c16, its nonvolatile memory, so its do not lose a damn things. 2) The default battery is a CR2032, its not recharchable. So no mod is needed.

Hello Guys I'm looking for Tekken 3 or Tag PCB - Namco System 12 in Europe at a good price in a working state.

I use them frequently. I insert them slowly with the soldering iron by hand, without pushing, and then I level them with a metal ruler. There's no need for absolute precision. Really no need extra tool.

Here solution: Eprom order: Slot: 5,6,7,8 for the graphics. File order: 5m, 7m,1m,3m You need EP-Rom B board ! Now its time to understand third player mapping.

On my last board Tekken 2 seems i have custom C352 audio chip broken. Its work at boot for 1 second, i can hear "GoodMorning" simetimes when its really cold, but after that audio gone and it will go on "initializing" screen. What you think ?
