Pm sent. I've got the "net" part of the net dimm which I bought for a dimm I had. Turned out to be 1.xx. Could I assemble that net piece with this dimm to make a net dim to use with pi force tools?

That plug is the volume control and goes to the potentiometer. Two of the pins are shorted like in your picture. 2+3 maybe. The others are left, middle and right and go to the pot. I can check on one I have and confirm. Here is a page where someone is troubleshooting the sound and has some...
