Hello all, got this board a while back trying to see if it can be saved. When it boots in comes up to a white and black zig zag pattern. I noticed a missing resistor that was replaced by a jumper. Looking for a replacment for this as well. But nothing else about the board stands out as an issue...

Update @rewrite was correct, adjusted the coil hit the degauss button and color went back to normal. Show you how long it's been since I touched this thing.
