Topall013 in Devices manager when its on and connected by usb. The Topall software, that I have installed, has an update drop down and it goes here! I actaully have the install disc with the box, do you have that too? Here is the link to the software update http://pan.baidu.com/s/1hqJdtpq

That exact same thing happens to me when I launch the topall software and the device is not powered on + plugged into the pc usb port. Did you hear the windows notification when you plugged in the top programmer device (with the power switch on)?

I am not sure but I would guess the installer_x64.exe in the driver folder will install the drivers, and after that, the topall.exe will probably run from the folder after you double click it

The Programmer itself needs to be switched on and then when you plug it into your PC you should get a windows notification sound. Maybe I shuold zip this folder up and upload it somewhere for you to download and mayebe these files/folders will help u. I think topall8 has a new software but this...

Can a driver be installed on another pi os like retropie to allow this board to work with a/v and controls?

Is that operating system necessary? I am probably not going to change mine since I dont think its upgradable. its on jessie and I think it just needs to use the right gpio pins
