I think he makes a lot of his acrylic stuff after it’s ordered. We have the same experience here in Aust where there’s a huge hole in tracking information between it leaving Europe and being out for delivery.

Mine wasn’t bad enough to warrant this - but I had an idea to 3D print a “cap” that covered all three sides of the corner - and have it look like a sort of bumper to protect it from further damage.
