Another 00's MAME Victim - Egret 29 Restore

Regarding that scratched up marquee, check out the Novus three step acrylic / plastic scratch removal and cleaning kit. I had a very scratched up marquee that I managed to get from this To this. without too much effort: Still has some of the deeper scratches but it's like night and day...

    Good PSU in E.U.

That's the exact one I stuck in my Jaleco Pony and has worked with absolutely everything I've thrown at it. Definitely recommended.

    Good PSU in E.U.

I was going to say I bought a legitimate SuzoHapp one from Arcadeworld.com a couple of years ago but I see the website is gone :(

    MiSTer FPGA

Have you tried downloading your bios files via Update_All? It's an option in the Update_all menu (only discovered this myself yesterday when trying to configure the PSX core)

    MiSTercade V2

The SNK cabinet on the right in my photo has a DE10 and the Pony on the left has a MiSTerPI. The MiSTerPi just needs a USB A to Micro USB cable to replace the USB bridge board but other than that, it's all the same installation wise.

    MiSTercade V2

MiSTercade V1, meet MiSTercade V2. Absolutely delighted with this, assembly was quite a bit easier than the V1 with the mounting plates to get everything lined up. Then just popped the .INI on from Github (replacing the old one I had on) and it fired right up. As dead silent as the V1.

    MiSTercade V2

I see the MiSTercade V2 current batch of boards have been shipped, can't wait! This one will be going in my Pony III as a dedicated vertical shmup setup (Currently have a different MiSTer solution it but not fond of it at all)

MiSTerAddons MiSTercade - MiSTer for JAMMA cabinets

Was just about to say, adding key mapping to your Update_all .ini is the way to go, never have to worry about mapping the public release cores ever again. ^^

    Sega Afterburner DLX resurrection video

I had a big framed certified screen worn T2 Arnie tshirt from Propstore on my wall for about ten years. Was one of the black tees from his wardrobe in the Galleria scene so who knows, maybe our props crossed paths haha. Sold it a couple of years ago, kinda regret it now!

MiSTerAddons MiSTercade - MiSTer for JAMMA cabinets

That's a great bit of MiSTer troubleshooting knowledge to have, would never have occurred to me.

    Sega Afterburner DLX resurrection video

You still need to convince Edward Furlong to come and sit in that at some point :D

Wow, incredible work! subbed :) Amazing seeing something so heavy just gliding around on castors.

FS 100% original Metal Black PCB

Decided to let this one go. Had it since 2013 and it's spent most of that time safely stored away. Fired it up and it still works great. Video can be found here of it running; View: https://youtu.be/oapvrryiFAs?feature=shared Selling both the Metal Black ROM board and a (very clean) Taito...

    FS PCB EZ-Swap Holder Kits

Interesting, I wonder could you have your EZ-Swap clamps on both sides and then have the whole thing standing off the wooden board. So you could fit one on each side. So imagine in my photo if the PCB that's screwed to the board was actually also connected to the EZ Swap holder.

    FS PCB EZ-Swap Holder Kits

Very cool! I have something similar I mounted in one of my cabinets. For extra PCBs in your machine, you could mount these kits using some stand offs and you can then screw a PCB down under it too :D

PVM Help? Red tint on screen

Has it got a composite in? Might be worth giving that a go too to see if it's the connections or actually the guns failing.

FOUND Found - Metal Black pcb by Taito

Thanks guys! I've a fully working original with the long motherboard I was thinking about moving along. Putting all those above prices together, $750 with a working mobo seem about the going rate?

FOUND Found - Metal Black pcb by Taito

Do you know the going rate for an original working one of these? I've seen a few listed around the 1k mark but haven't actually seen any sell for a long time.
