Check for hot chips too. Or use a thermal imagining camera or maybe a current tracer like hp brand might help u locate the bad device. Its most likely a ram as they dont like to go gracefully..

Yes its because there is a problem on the pcb may it be bad contact, partially or completly failed devices or components. If u measure voltages at the actual chips u might find they are less than where u are reading them now. In all cases voltages shouldnt need to be adjusted. A perfectly...

U shouldnt really adjust voltages for each pcb. Its a recipe for disaster. If pcbs is drawing down the current then that shohld be addressed on the pcb

Good point but then again irem M72 got a multi and 4 out of the 8 games was also available on M84 and other hardware. Hopefully a multi would get some originals out from behind the woodwork. But 1:3 is still less than 1:4. Point taken. 8)
