Adding games and emulators to the Yoko TTX3 Multi

Hi! I was having major control issues with the Artax multi, so I tried out the Yoko multi. The one I got had about 40 games pre loaded and they all work flawlessly. I'm attempting to add other games by copying the file structure of the games already included, but I can't get them to load. I am trying it out with SF5, and Mortal Kombat 3. SF5 freezes when I try to open it, and MK3 doesn't show up at all. I tried adding a mame emulator myself to launch MK3 but no luck there either.

I'm basically doing all of this by trial an error, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Yoko just refers to the screen orientation, that's Finisterre's multi
