Hi all,
I got a Japanese AES model NEO-AES3-6.
The board looks in good shape.
When tested with a game I get a blue screen.

I cleaned the cart slot with isopropyl alcohol
I’ve checked for bad traces, did not find any.
Congratulations on picking up one of these, still the coolest looking console ever made IMO - that epic 80s retro-futurist design has stood the test of time.
Sounds like you’ve already cleaned the edge, wiggled the cart, inserted it not-quite fully and etc, and probably tried a couple of other known-good carts too
