arcade sticks wiggles fix?

Hello just purchased 2 Seimitsu LSX-NOBI-01 but one of them wiggles around much more then the other and does not really go back to the center well. how would i fix this? im fairly new to this. took it apart but didnt see anything wrong with it compared to the other.

Hey there, check the spring, you might have to stretch it a bit, use the other one as a reference.

i did. i even swapped different springs but same result

Honestly I would return it to wherever you purchased it from and get a replacement.

(There could be any number of parts influencing this behaviour, none of which you should have to replace on your dime to get this working correctly).
