Think I found my answer:
- Starter: FG-1E starter bulb for your Sega Net City or Blast City cabinet
- Tube: F20T10 or F20T12 fluorescent tube(T12 is easier to find in the USA)

So don't have confirmation, but looks like it is basically the same or very similar starter and tube setup. FG-1E or FG-7E... pretty cheap on Amazon if you want to give either a try. Definitely less than $80.
