I’m having an issue with World Series 99. Everything works except for player 2 bat. Tested in test menu and is unresponsive. Checked cables with multimeter and all is good. I know the bat works as I plugged it into player 1 harness and was great. I have the i/o board with sonic on it. Should I replace the board maybe?
Also player one joystick is off centered. Is there a way to calibrate the analog stick? It’s off to the left and slightly down.
