Are Dreamcast games able to play on Naomi arcade system?

I have a spare Naomi 2 and kids really like Sonic Adventure 1/2.

Dreamcast is a Naomi, pretty much. A lot of the Naomi library are already available to play on Dreamcast.

But are you asking if you can play Dreamcast games that didn't release originally on Naomi? No. You can't.

The code would need to be completely reworked for the hardware differences.
It is theoretically possible, but way more work than anyone is interested in doing.
