Final Fight - very dark picture strange colors

Just picked up a really clean CPS1 Final Fight board. Game coins up and plays with sound, but the graphics are really dark and lack certain colors. The photos show what is displayed when I crank the brightness up on my monitor. Graphics appear complete.

Would be grateful for help or suggestions. Is this a custom chip issue?

Looks like you're missing some color channels.... I did happen across a repair log that includes correcting a similar issue (they were missing red, I think you're missing red and green).
