Ive got a Primal Rage PCB hooked up to an LCD and until today, the video was decent. I had to remove the monitor and reinstall it but that was just messing with the mount. I went to install some speakers in the cab (there is currently only one mono speaker hooked up with sound coming from the PR board's JAMMA edge). The speakers are above the monitor but I disconnected the speakers to try with a different game board (PGM) and no sound connected either, and I still have an odd wavy video signal.
It looks almost like a tide, it flows up for a few seconds, comes back and settles... then repeats the process over and over.
Any ideas as to what this might be? The GBS8200 is a 'version 4.0' and up until today it seemed to be OK as far as video is concerned.

edit: I did notice that with the PGM is not nearly as noticeable. Its there, just not as bad.
When the monitor boots up and shows its "Dell (model XYXwhatever)" its super clean, no wavy lines. If I bring up the OSD on the monitor, or the GBS those are solid as a rock, no wavy video. Its just when displaying game video that this happens.
