Hi.

In what consists the 'Jailbar fix'? I got one rgb modded and I'm wondering if I could modded with this fix.

Some PC Engine suffer from a jailbar effect, so a jailbar mod is required to fix it. If you never noticed on yours it is already modded or it doesn't need it. I have no idea what's the mod itself involves though
