Hi all! I figured I would start here. I have (2) 2 slot boards that I need to get repaired. I haven't been able to find anyone that works on them. can anyone help point me in the right direction or recommend anyone one?

MVS boards are very common. You'll never find someone willing to repair for less than just buying a new one. If you don't have the ability or connections, I would just sell yours as is and use the funds towards buying working ones.

Agree; especially the 1 and 2 slots - mainly just for fun and practise. There is normally 2-3 hours labour in even quite a simple repair, several of the parts require a donor board, add in shipping both ways, and its normally cheaper to buy s known-good board.

Of course if you DO want to learn how to do your own repairs you're in the right place
 
2 slots are relatively uncommon and I think are worth getting repaired - I really like them

As others have said though depending on the fault it may cost more than a working unit. Especially if it’s battery damage which is sadly common on 2 slots and makes them very difficult or impossible to repair

Raymond Jett is in Texas though, and he repairs them - he has a hell of a backlog at the moment but if you’re willing to wait he’s your man
