Naomi w/CVS2/MVC2 custom conversion cart

- Custom Naomi bios is already installed (this is required to run this cart)
- Game is selected via the Naomi dip switches (both games are complete/original non-modded versions)
- Naomi has been cleaned and fans have been replaced with quieter ones
- Naomi case has some wear and tear but nothing crazy and nothing that effects operation (see attached pics)
- No I/O included
