I dont have an EEPROM programmer or ready access to one. I know I can get one from buyicnow but shipping could be like a month. I was kinda hoping to get it sooner.

Unfortunately I am not an authorized reseller, and last I read the license you can't sell or gift it on a chip unless you are. I know Razoola authorized some people to sell them though.
