I’m a newbie in the amazing world of arcade cabinets. I’ve recently purchased a full refurbished SEGA New Net City equipped with a SEGA NAOMI 2 + NetDimm Board and RaspberryPI3 with PiForce Tools.
I’m able to successfully NetBoot both NAOMI and NAOMI 2 games by connecting with my smartphone to the Raspeberry WiFi local network, opening my web browser, navigating to the Raspberry IP address and by selecting and launching a game from the provided list. The NAOMI board restarts a couple of times and the game loads flawlessly.
The games list provided by Raspberry also contains several Atomiswave games that I can launch in the same way of NAOMI ones.
Indeed, everytime I launch an Atomiswave game it loads succesfully and NAOMI board restarts a couple of times as usual.
Unfortunately, after some seconds of black screen the game enters automatically into the SYSTEM MENU and the game loops forever into that Menu, after every restart.
Of course I’m not touching any button on the cabinet either before or during the game booting process.
I’ve also tried to move the cursor to the EXIT button of System Menu, but after confirming the Exit selection by quickly pressing the Service button on it, the screen goes dark for a bunch of seconds and then it returns into the same ugly System Menu, acting like an infinite loop
And this only happens for ALL the Atomiswave games into the Raspeberry list. (NAOMI and NAOMI 2 games boot fine).
Finally, I tried some Tests in the System Menu of both Atomiswave and NAOMI interfaces (of course in order to get access into the NAOMI System Menu I press the Service Button of the cabinet during the restart of an already netbooted/loaded NAOMI game) and all of them are successfully passed, as you can see in the attached screens.
Please, could you help me? Do you have any suggestion? I’m desperately trying to boot some Atomiswave games of my childhood
