Hello! I'm buying a Sigma Raijin that's coming with a short harness (3 buttons only), and would love to get someone to make me a longer one, with a kick harness of some sort (either generic with a DB9 connector so I can change them out, or something like a CPS2 that I can easily adapt).

Anyone able to help out? I know we got a couple people in here that have done them before, but figure I'd do an open call before begging via PM ;)
 
I have the SegaBoard Master Jamma harness.
I dont know it is same or not. I can try to help you
 
Not sure, but I will do some digging and get back to you if so! I don't even have the supergun yet (payday's tomorrow, then I gotta get it shipped) so I'm not in a massive rush, just getting things ready.

Still looking for a reasonable harness. There's a French guy on eBay selling them but no idea of the quality. Always happier working with people on here
 
I’ve got a Raijin too. I had to rewire it for the kick harness. I assume you have the spots on your harness where you can solder to the correct pins? Then you just have to wire the buttons on the inside. I believe the case screws are a JIS-1.

If you want a longer harness you could get an James extension.

www.fromjapan.co.jp is probably your best bet for ordering off of websites. Their staff's real good about asking questions and making sure you get what you need.

www.zenmarket.jp is a solid option too, but they'll just order and it's up to you to know what you want.

Both charge about 300jpy iirc.
 
You can order from Tops direct. No need for a proxy. There should be an order or inquiry button on the page. Click either. Fill out the details. They email you a PayPal invoice.

Just tried, no overseas orders from Tops right now due to Covid. Now to decide if I care enough to try to From Japan it, or just wait. Chances are, wait...
 
Ahhhh that makes sense... the proxies linked might be worth it. Tops charge exact postage when they are able though. I have had refunds of 30 yen because I overpaid postage. Stand up guys.
