Does anyone have any experience of upgrading/building/replacing simm flash chips with those of a different speed rating?
I realise the stock chips are 90ns and so naturally that is what should be used, however twice now when ordering the reverse pinout i've been sent 120ns chips from different sellers (despite being advertised as 90). I have no problem buying from elsewhere to get the -90 (or at least try) but I was curious if someone has already tried with the slower flash chips and if that caused any problems?
