Street Fighter Alpha 2 USA Guy ending freeze

So I was playing the computer mode with Guy in Streef Fighter Alpha 2 USA and I beat the game with Guy and when his ending appeared the game froze. I repeated this and beat the game with Guy again ten times. Five times on first player and five times on second player and it did the same thing, the game froze when his ending appeared.

I didn't try this on other regions since Alpha 2 USA region exclusively has Evil Ryu as a selectable character (I don't know about EURO but not JAPAN).

But yes every time I beat the game with Guy the whole game freezes during his ending. I either have to press test to get out or switch off the machine and switch it back on.

Looks like decrypt issue where a byte or two is not patched properly yet.

I guess i should ask (for others..)

- What is the crc of the 03 04 and so on file?
- What region/rom version are you using? (it will say at boot "JAPAN 019312" or similar.)\

So I played the Japan version and tried the same thing and beat the game with Guy on both players and everything is fine:

It's just the USA region which has Evil Ryu exclusively that freezes when you beat the game with Guy:
