Theatrhythm All Star Carnival video issues

Just recently got my Theatrhythm arcade and it works great 80% of the time. The game itself runs fine but every 4-5 boot ups I get a video signal input problem. This causes me to have to uplug and reseat cables and then everything might work again. I grabbed a new DVI cable and that seemed to work for about 4 boot ups and then nothing. Before I start troubleshooting this like a normal PC/video card/driver problem, has anyone seen this? Thanks

Does the game run just with no video?

It's TTX3, did you clean the system out after you got it?

If you didn't, that's the first place I'd start, they're pretty dirty when they come ex works. It's just a pc, dismantle just like a normal pc. Especially the CPU heat sink. If you did... I'd test the TTX3 unit outside of the cab first, see if you can replicate the issue just by booting it on an external screen with power. Then you basically limit it down... if you just have power and a different screen connected and you can replicate the issue, then you know it's an issue with the TTX3 and you can easily rule out anything else in the cab. (don't remove the TTX3, just disconnect everything and use a different screen.)

The game won't fully boot, but you should be able to replicate the not booting issue when powering on.

If you can't replicate it, then something else in the cab causing issue?
