Legit MVS - I can't take both boards out to show them without completely destroying the label on the cart (it already took a lot of crease damage when I opened it up to get verification pictures of board 1) but you can compare board 1 to the MVS Scans here: https://www.mvs-scans.com/index.php/File:Twinkle_star_sprites_set1_b1_front.jpg and it matches perfectly. If you prefer a cart without the crease damage that hasn't been opened, I have a second one with JP label also with the SNK authenticity label that I have not opened I can sell you instead. It will have a different serial number, and I can provide pictures.
Has JP label which doesn't seem to have have the holo feature that US ones do but does have the SNK authenticity serial sticker. Confirmed working in my machine, ran it on demo for over an hour.
