i am interested in buying a custom 22''-24'' bartop arcade !

with these emulators - Arcade (MAME incl. CPS1+2 and Neo-Geo), SNES, NES, Megadrive, Master System, Gameboy (incl. Colour), Game Gear, Atari 2600, Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket, TurboGrafx 16, Mega CD, 32X, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo 64, Laserdisc Arcade and PS1, Virtual Boy, Jaguar, Saturn, Dreamcast, GameCube, Wii, PSP ... etc

Seen people charge a fortune for those on ebay and Craigslist. Much cheaper to get an old computer and mame it. Not pretty but you save a ton of money.
