You use the form on the product page to submit a request to buy then they contact you via email to sort out the details and arrange payment. They will ship overseas and you can pick shipping method. PayPal is accepted. They ship well packed and are friendly to work with.

This might be a stupid question because I've wondered about them. Is there a way to view it in English natively or do you have to use a separate translate method for the site?

I don’t think there is an English version of the site, I just have Chrome translate the page. They will email you in English though.
