It should boot to a looping blue bar if it's just the HDD missing.

Crosshatch pattern is bad.

Nothing at all probably isn't good either.

Yea, it doesn't look like any attempts to reflow the cpu. But I looked at my KI board and it should have a heatsink on that CPU. If' it's not there, somebody took it off, for a reason right?

It’s a freaking huge heatsync right? I’ve seen them get loose if they get knocked especially in transit (which tends to pull up pins on the cpu). So yeah not sure if someone pulled it for a reason or it just came off at some point on accident. It’s not secured other than with glue, I don’t think.

The pcb was taken with other pcb in a lot.
I'm not a technician.
I only saw that a sold here working at $ 600 ..... I think the price for a No test or not complete, is quite right ...
Anselmo has passed and is free again.

Yes, it is a very good price, and I am tempted... but I think I'll pass. Rare is just 10 minutes down the road from me, but I don't think they have replacement parts any more...

whoever bought it, let us know how it turns out. I've got a few extra DOMs also if you want a simple HDD replacement. e.g. KI2 DOM (Killer Instinct 2 Disc on Module)
