Where can I get this pot?

Hey guys I always struggle to find potentiometers. I have 2 that need replacing in a gun for Aliens Extermination. Here is what they look like:

How do you read them to know how to find a replacement?

Nice dude, hope they are the correct parts and you fix up your cab. Reason I asked was just in case you found another source.
