I've tried to be as patient as possible but I now have to speak out to force this to be resolved in a timely manner. @davesarcades is a complete waste of time and gets 0 out of 5 stars for overall experience. It has been almost 2 months since our exchange began within this MS2930 Chassis Mounting Plate thread and finally on Saturday July 20th I received the completely wrong item where I then immediately reached out for him to resolve. It is now Monday July 22nd, and still not a single response only to see his routine communicating with others while ignoring our transaction.
He was quick to communicate immediately when he asked for my money, but once I pulled the trigger, it was then frustrating ghosting. I repeatedly reached out just to get status/shipping confirmation only to get vague sentences that took days and even a week to respond. After about 1 1/2 months he let me know "On site repairs for games we have at business always takes priority even if it means others get upset or have to wait." Never voiced beforehand in any of his vague sentences. I'm also calling out that statement given the fact that clearly his activity shows he's not too busy to swindle making other transactions while I was no longer priority. Exactly as someone else has experienced. So frustrating!
I have never dealt with an independent seller on any platform as bad as this guy and I've purchased from kcarcadegame which is the reason why I needed this frame and mounting plate to begin with. This Blast City saga has been exhaustive within itself and Dave just added more weight on top of it.
I'll save everyone the time by not taking screen shots of the whole convo but here's the expectation and what I got.
Dave, literally for the 8th time I'm asking for another response. Please do the right thing.
