I'm ISO 1 CPS1 A-Board, but I'm brand new to the arcade scene. What is the average price for them? Also, I'm interested in purchasing one if there's one available.
 
They're not usually sold without a game B + C board attached. You should be able to land a common CPS1 game such as Street Fighter II World Warrior for around $170- $200USD.

If you're purchasing one to use with a CPS1 Multi, make sure the seller demonstrates that it's fully functional! The CPS1 has a custom chip that frequently fails and causes glitched graphics when it does.

Check out the KLOV forum as well as AP - they show up for sale there frequently.
 
The reason I'm asking is because I'm getting a Vampire Saviors board, but it's only the B board. It's in working condition, but I'm just curious on what else I would need other than a A-Board to go along with it.

That’s a CPS-2 game. You’ll need to make sure your motherboard matches your game board. Asian boards are keyed different. Japan and USA are interchangeable.
 
When I get my hands on it I'll post pictures and see what I need. I'm wanting to eventually stream it, so I've already planned on buying a Supergun.
