I have narrowed it down to a chip on the B board, except I have no idea what chip. Anyone know which chip(s) is responsible for the start input?

Start function from player 1 or player 2 ? ps: can be the custom resistor array or the IC after it (it shoud be a 74LS244 to replace but you must check to see if is dead or not) jammarcade.net/files/Schematic…hematics_new_revision.pdf
