Is Fast/JVS io needed for ttx3 multi?

I bought a replica viewlix cabinet that I’m setting up and I want to ask if anybody knows if I need a fast or jvs io card to run all games from the ttx3 multi connected to a PC. Is the card necessary to run all games? My pc has a gtx 760 with a i7 2600k. When I tried this, I was able to load and play older games like marvel vs capcom 2 and games that came before it but I wasn’t able to play newer games from the TTX2/TTX3/ES3 catalog. What does a fast/jvs io actually do?

There is a v4.1 patch to add USB support to the multi. You should be able to drop the Fast/JVS IO all together.
JVS and Fast IO are interfaces that translate your physical arcade inputs into machine readable instructions.
Easy to swap in different game when you have a standard interface requirement.
