Looking at buying some carts from user @Legend here and paying via PayPal Friends and Family, and I hadn't immediately found any feedback threads for them.

I bought like six or so CRTs from @Legend and he was honest and he did all he could to make sure they would arrive safely. Absolutely nothing but great experiences with him personally.
