SOLD Nanao MS8-26 Chassis - Serviced/Not Working

As the title states, I have on my hands a grumpy MS8-26 chassis. It's been thoroughly cleaned and recapped but for some reason is going into shut-down when powered on. This is my 3rd backup for a single cabinet and I have no interest in chasing this gremlin down or sending it to Sharp for analysis.
