As the title says my Naomi won't post on when I have a game cart plugged into it. The system turns on with all the fans running, and the green and red lights on the board turn on. But there's no video signal, and no sound.

When I don't have a cart plugged in, the system will turn on with video and sound working. But the only thing I can do is get into the test menu since there's no game. I did a test on everything and its fine.

Checked the voltage and everything is fine for the 12v, 5v and 3.5v. Supper cap was also replaced two years ago.

Any thoughts on what to do next?

Yep. The board looks almost new, and I checked the pins on the system for the three connectors and they look fine. Sadly the only person I know that has a Naomi is about 5 hours away. So getting them to test my games, not much of an option. But since the system won't post with both my games, I'm willing to bet it's the system. and not the game carts.

Thinking I might have to start testing all the caps. Since it seems something with power is wonky.

Sadly I don't have another power supply (but it tested fine with a volt meter).

I know the netdimm is pretty hungry for power, but the cartridges shouldn't be bad - did you try upping your 5v a little bit - like maybe up to 5.1volts and see if that helps?

I would check a few things. One, do a memory test on the Naomi. Two, make sure the super capacitor isn't leaking. I've seen the super cap destroy traces and cause a no booting error.

Memory test for the Naomi is comes out good. Replaced the Super cap two years ago, when I got the system, and the current one looks good.

No dice.

Going to check the caps and resisters in the Naomi tomorrow. Thinking I might get a ATX power supply and the converter cable from ebay so I can test powering the system threw a different means.
