RBTamanini - Negative Feedback (Orange Vewlix Panel)

I paid Rafael for a Vewlix panel on July 8th 2023. It took a few months for him to make it. I also bought a sub panel and they shipped in October 2023. I contacted him a few times between here and Facebook because the mounting plates he was to include with the panel don't mate up to joysticks as advertised - see Pic of correst spacing vs. His spacing. He said he would make it right and send correct mounting plates, but still hasn't sent them, and has left my messages on read multiple times.

This has gotten ridiculous and it looks like I'll be out the money for this panel with nothing usable to show for it. The panel is also thicker than it should be, which I hear is less of an issue with other repro panels.

The New Net City panel that I purchased from him came delaminated from pushing in the buttons. I let him know about this and he apparently was already aware and addressed but his solution was to send me another overlay if I made a future purchase.

No real issues with the impress panel I purchased from him outside of it being thicker and not sitting 100% flat without some perauading, but the NNC reply kind of put me off from buying anything further. All my orders have since been with Alberto and zero issues with anything.
