Hello up for sale is a Sega Blast City cab I have owned for ten years. I bought it from Ken at the game room in Utah and had it shipped to me. I’ve been slowly trying to restore it but have been busy raising 4 kids so it’s always been last priority. Overall it’s in good condition with the typical yellowing here and there. The chassis is a Nanao 2930 and it is a Toshiba tri sync monitor. Has the normal geometry issues which didn’t bother me and the picture is really nice. I’ve been running my Mistercade through it with no problems. I sure somebody with skills could adjust the monitor control board and convergence strips and get better results than me. I’m too paranoid to get near it. The control panel is a brand new reproduction stainless steel panel with Sanwa sticks and buttons all wired up correctly. Everything is all original except panel. There are some little cracks by the monitor and under panel. I was going to completely overhaul the paint and stickers but never got around to it. A little bondo for repair of cracks would do the trick. The lighting was a verses cab hence why there is the light on left side and lit up numbers behind artwork on right. The chassis has never been recapped because I’ve never had any issues but probably needs to because of age. I just noticed some of the black goop on board but have read it’s not a big deal and can be fixed with a recap. Original transformer and wiring. This is where I left off and it’s a great restore project for somebody with time. I’m using my Vewlix more these days because it’s easier to work on. I have extra parts to go with it to ie another Original Powers supply, jammma harnesses, original light fixture ballast, garou artwork, Marvel super heroes artwork, another 2lb control panel. Brand new old stock speakers and tweeter inclosures but the woofers are shot like usual. I have new 4 replacement speakers to swap those out. Tweeters are still new. I’ll throw in a Pandora’s box if you want it but I’m keeping my Mistercade. Any questions just ask and I’ll get back to you.
