Sega blast city ms9-2930 - 31khz doesn’t seems to work

ok i don’t from the db15 and jamma , it just recognize the screeb from my pc but no image (480p is configured to the crt screen)
 
Seems like you need an optional accessory for the recalbox for vga out resolution physically in this case. Well its hard to read. The game may indeed be outputting correctly. You just need to route the signal to the db15 port on the 2930. Until then it’s invisible to the way the 2930 is setup

well that is what i’m expected to works ! Great :)

i’m also selectîg 480p for first of the north star then switch all d switch to off but nothing is displayed.

and wheb i restart the blast city it switch to 15khz so i have to switch up the 2nd d switch and everything works with 15khz
 
Could be a monitor issue as well. It is possible for 15k to work but not another res. Did you mirror mr hides setting in video?
 
yes i have sir the exact same confoguration , on system choice, same system and game…
 
no it’s an original one… for blast experts is there anything i can test on the remote boards to check the 31khz ???
 
ok, i’ve already tested my laptop with a 480p rzsolution, windows detect the crt screen but nothing is dispplayed (all switch are off as in the video of mrhide)

need to test a dreamcast but i need to order the vga converter from amazon first…

hope i’ll find a solution :’(
 
Nanao Ms2930 blast city monitor isn’t auto tri sync ..

Not sure if yous is modded ?
Taking rgbs and the horizontal sync from the vga into another device like an ardrino ?
Or something ?

You got the little switches on the controller pcb .. if it was auto sync why would they be on the controller pcb ?

Ms2930 - Manual tri sync.

Switch off before switching res on the controller pcb
 
it is not an auto indeed… i have a manual one ms 2930 with the d switch.

the only shoud i say problem here is that the switch only works for 15k but not on 31khz resolution as shown in yhe video of mr hide.
