Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Namco System 256 card, this console gives sound without problem but there is no image. when I open it I realize that L1 is short-circuited, someone will know with what I can replace that coil or if they will have the value of that coil and what type it is.

Hello all - I seem to have this exact same problem - L1 and C135 are bad/burned.

I will check F3 - didn't notice that it had any issue.

@Tyson1911 Do you remember what the values of the parts were, and where you got them?

In case someone else has these issues - I pulled these 2 components off of a regular namco 256 parts board and got the super 256 up and running.

C135 is marked with "C106" so 10 uF, 16v.
L1 is marked with "470" so 47 uH

Those are the right values I believe - I just transplanted them over and everything works great.

Ding ding ding.
Found the same issue on my PCB.
Just got to see what to replace them with?

Well I found the fault. C135 was shorted.20201127_170807.jpg

replace faulty capacitor

also proceeded to replace the components damaged by this short circuit

F3 is 2.3A I did not find 2.3A, and install 2A

I am an idiot and have never understood how to order properly sized capacitors from Digikey. I ordered some these replacement parts but they were waaaaaaay too small. Can you guys give some advice on which size to get please, & thank you.
